No. Every source worksheet becomes a separate sheet in the merged workbook, in file and sheet order. Duplicate sheet names receive a numeric suffix.

Keep formulas rewrites supported sheet references when merging. Named ranges, structured table references, INDIRECT and OFFSET are not supported in this mode.

Named ranges and workbook-level settings are not transferred. The first workbook supplies the theme when merging. Advanced objects such as charts, images and pivots are refused rather than silently discarded.
